SHIPPING POLICY
Books will ship through USPS. Please allow 5-15 business days for arrival.
All other orders that are in stock will ship within 5-15 business days once order is approved. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout. We do not offer international shipping outside of the U.S. at this time.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY
We accept exchanges only for apparels.
Exchanges
Exchanges can be made for unwashed and unworn apparels within (5) days after you’ve received the item. Any items that are sent back for exchange have to be in sellable condition (smoke free, no stains, etc.) with original packaging or we will not accept.
You must first email us at info@legacyynetworth.com to alert us of an exchange.
Damaged goods
If the item is damaged, then return the damaged item to us. You must alert us of the damage via email at info@legacyynetworth.com. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
No Refund Policy
All sales are final for all books and downloadable products purchased from Legacyy Networth LLC including, but not limited to printed books, e-books, budget spreadsheets, pdfs, webinars, online courses, and the like. Because these products are shipped or automatically delivered to you upon purchase, there is no way to recoup the information once you receive it. Therefore, all sales are final for such products.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Legacyy Network LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered once an order has been placed. Legacyy Networth LLC will confirm delivery to the address provided, tracking information, date of delivery and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
